This film was produced for law enforcement officials and educators, but it was shown to many preadolescent students. It warns of the dangers of the child molester, and explains how children can be warned about the threat without frightening or confusing the child. The film dramatizes the abduction of two girls and -- in the film's controversial climax -- uses actual footage of the bodies of two girls murdered by a child molester in Mansfield. The footage was also used in CAMERA SURVEILLANCE, which documents the subsequent investigation.
